                Bill offers 20 plus years of experience in the produce industry.  The man’s done it all. He has worked for major national distributors selling fruits and vegetables across the country, grown gourmet produce for multi-national hotel chains in his own back yard and been a delivery driver when the weather was too bad for his employees to get to work.  It’s like having a produce encyclopedia at your disposal. 

                Buck brings passion and mostly hunger for food to the table.  Growing up on a cattle farm, his mother raised bees to sweeten foods with the honey from the back yard, spoiling him from a young age and creating an expectation of freshness and quality that he still seeks.  If you have a question about a product in the store then ask Buck, he will and often does eat anything and is happy to tell you all about it.
